Sturminster Newton is a traditional Dorset
town with many features from the 14th century remaining. Once a railway
and market town, recent times has seen it face the modern challenges
and the town develop into a thriving community.
The Methodist Church plays its part in the community providing Worship
each Sunday backed up by many varied midweek meetings , particularly
for the younger generation,
